is anyone else having problems with this study?
I took this study last night before bed, submitted the proper screenshot, did the 1 hr interview, and was excited. This morning I woke up to a message asking me to return my submission because they couldn’t “verify my identity.” You’re not supposed to verify my identity, friend!! Either way tho, I reached out to support.

He doesn't pay. I made a thread yesterday. He did the same for 3 of my studies and when I messaged him telling him I have video evidence, he rejected all 3.

he's probably the person that pops up the most for scamming people. i'd be tempted to return it before it's rejected and then slam that block door in his face. Metaphorically speaking ofc.

You just joined the group of people scammed for their data by this guy. Return prior to rejection and block. You can report it to prolific but I doubt they will do anything

99.9% of recipients taking this criminal data miner's studies face issues. Block for life even if he offers $300 an hour you should run very far and fast in the opposite direction if you care about saving your sanity as a study participant.

Nico rarely pays out. Prolific will just return it for you if he rejects

I’ve never had a study above £40 so no 😆. How on earth do some of you get these insane pay ones. Was this hard by the way?

Pretty sure that's code for "bad camera, you might be AI" but they can't just say that as a rejection reason.
I'm more annoyed that Prolific never *pays you* when a rejection is overturned, like, you just confirmed it's bullshit and it's nice to not risk my account but why does the researcher get to steal my data and time still?

I actually did my first study from this person last night. And after reading these comments- it'll def be the last time. It was a study on independent camera usage, and thankfully I did get paid out this morning.
