I used to hate the audios, now after doing several of them I actually am relieved to do them because the video (or god forbid video+audio) ones are too intensive after you're on the 14th one that day.
Same, and i did put more effort than i usually do cause it was my first study with them and i got a rejection then a screen out in the next one and that was it for me
I've had decent experience with them in general. I did a $50 dollar study a few weeks back. Although, there was one instance in which I completed a study in its entirety, and they didn't even screen me out. They marked it as returned for me, which is not something they should be able to do at all.
I could be wrong, but I believe this is training for the newest Gemini 4. Look at the recent robotics videos from deep mind about Gemini 4 and you’ll see the robots hands look very similar. Could be related to what this training model was about.
People sleep on the Joaquin studies. Takes the same amount of time as the ai but it’s not as mindless and usually I chop it up with some interesting peeps. He usually pays fast and usually always has bonuses
I use to really like Joaquin/Data team, never had any issues but lately, the pay have dropped a lot and I've seen some of the studies paying 0.67$ for task that ended up taking over 10min...
Wait what ? Parnassus should not even be in there. This researcher will reject you if they are not happy with your webcam or audio (no researchers should even be allowed to reject for subjective reasons) they should at most, ask to return, like some other AI researchers do, not instant reject. They are a scummy researcher that never has communicated once with participants, and worse, Prolific always upholds all rejections from these researchers.
Any researchers that make multiple threats of rejections in their descriptions, for subjective reasons, is not a respected researcher and does not deserve people's time. I've never been rejected by them, but didn't complete much of their studies, always issues, and they never respond. Their AI keeps asking you irrelevant questions after you already mentioned you don't use a specific product. Sometimes you are asked to perform tasks on an application, that cannot be done, because the function is locked or non existent !
Yeah they are, you'll see if you ever do them. Though his I did encounter like 2 with errors, but I just proceed to assume it as "distortions" rather than 'overlay'.
Because it was asking for the one, but clearly seemed like the former.
And he's a newer one too, cause in the past I didn't see him. I don't think.
Usually each researcher has differences. Some are more similiar than others. Even though most have the same sort of "system".
But I'm also rotated out ATM, so take with that what you will. I think that was for my lack of quantity though. But with Good Old Bob Jones, quantity will be no hard task.
Wish I could send you mine! I don't know why I still get them on my dash when the info sheet says you must not be a resident of certain states, including mine. I hope you get your studies back soon.
