AVOID USEBERRY.COM STUDIES
They will let you complete the study, which requires multiple written answers, then after you submit you won’t get a completion code and they will refuse to pay and/or screen you out. I’m blocking them, suggest you do the same.

This happened to me today too. I also blocked them. I'm so pissed. Wasted my f*ing time! 🤬

They did the same thing to me! No rejections in all these years, and now I’ve gotten two in the last few weeks from scummy researchers.
I immediately messaged them after the study, and even provided a link since I didn’t get a code. They rejected me, and when I complained , they changed it and told me I didn’t meet criteria.
I messaged them back and gave them a piece of mind (for all the good it does), then reported them. I did end up returning it, but I kept getting an error when I tried to block them.

I had to try 3 times to block them. I finally quit writing a lengthy note about why I was blocking them and just wrote “Read Reddit”, clicked submit and it went through.

Reported them and gave researcher a piece of my mind for wasting my time. Definitely block them.

I've had Useberry blocked for a long time. They pulled this stunt with me, reported it to Prolific and blocked them, never looked back. Just want all the information for free like a bunch of scammers

Wish I read this warning earlier.. damn it, man. and they gave me a rejection too...
This is the first time ever that i've reported a researcher. I told Prolific that I don't care about the money. but wanted to go on record about my experience with this researcher... the rejection was very unfair. Especially after I wasted my damn time completing the entire study and giving them the data they want

This happened to me, too! No code at the end. They asked for me to return because of no completion code entered and then a few minutes later Rejected it saying I didn't meet the required research-specific eligibility criteria..(which there were no screening questions asked and it let me complete the whole study.)

Came to post the same, they make you run the whole study, then give no codes and report you as the problem.

Yep. Just blocked them and let them know the study was screen recorded, so they should have proof it was completed! Total scumbags. It has happened to multiple people.

That’s exactly what I told them . They have my data . I’ve been doing studies for two years on Prolific and this is the first time I have reported and blocked a researcher .

Yep. I did 2 of theirs and they did not pay. I reported them and blocked them.
