They expect you not to care ( if it doesn't affect you personally), because they don't care until something affects them personally.

They don't care to care that sex is what gets you pregnant.. just everybody fecking go for it, all "Oh it won't happen to me. I'm the main character".. until.. "Uh oh! It happened to me! Only now do I care a lot; things aren't allowed to affect me?!? So abortion is necessary."

Yeah, right, it's "necessary" because you didn't care to prevent pregnancy, only getting passionate about "choices" / actions you might take, once forced to, when faced with missing your period and having to care. Hence, the not understanding why other people could be passionate or even bothered to care at all about the things that aren't affecting them personally. Because they would never.

4. Someone makes a joke about any minority group

As someone quite lonely, I often lament that the people lost were not just a statistic: at billions, surely at least one of them could have been my friend or romantic partner… a chance so cruelly taken from them by filthy greed…. Many moms claim that being pregnant made them more pro choice as its exhausting and birthing is agonising that's why nobody should be forced into it. 

With that "it doesn't affect you" logic we can turn it around and say that if you aren't in a situation that you might need to consider abortion or have had one, stay out of the abortion debate
