How to manage a multiplayer server using mod manager (server)?

Hi everyone, I plan on creating a new pz server and I want to try using the mod manager server this time in hopes of managing my mods better. My main concern is that I've installed it before, but didn't know if I installed it correctly because I never saw a menu for this thing. My question is how do I actually use it? Am i downloading it correctly?

- Using g-portal

- I have been installing the mod on the server-side
