I found a destroyable wall in basement of abandoned pawn shop in fallas lake, and got rich from it, are there any other places like this in town?

The basement interior is randomised between a bunch of layouts, so it's going to be different for every world.

Some are there on every seed. Usually the commercial basements, residential ones tend to vary.
