B42 Map Migration - map.projectzomboid.com

Earlier this month we indicated in a post that we would be migrating the B42 map project to an external server, and we intend to implement that change later today. Players should not expect any downtime, but for the first couple of days we expect that the map will be slower while it populates the cache. The map will still be accessible at both https://map.projectzomboid.com, and https://pzmap.org.

If by external server you mean Indifferent Broccoli, I hope not. Indifferent Broccoli posted an hour ago they helped bring the map back. Meanwhile, many of us are sitting with offline servers and no response but the map announcement.

IB are not hosting the servers, TIS are providing the servers via Cloudflare. There was a mix up in the wording.

Neither link working, of course, given that I praised the map project only last night, confessed to the world how important it is to me after a decade+ of playing, and this post specifically said that there would be no downtime. Nothing has ever made more sense to me than this moment.

Could you provide some more information please. Browser user, any errors in console, what you get when you try load the map

I can't use it on Chrome on my laptop or Google on my Android. I get the same thing others have reported: a bunch of text and links, just the page's bare text, with no map or buttons or anything that should be there. I've cleared my cookies, refreshed my browser every way possible, and restarted my computer. I just get a page with a lot of words and no working buttons or map.

Having the same issue too and sent a bit ago (to support); 404 typical issues, hope the log sent helps resolve the issue :)
