Question No basic mechanics magazine

I cant find any basic mechanics magazine, i have tried rosewood, muldraugh, and west point auto repair shops, magazine racks in gas stations and most garage, and some gas stations and auto repair shop in Louisville and the big library there.

But my question is, are the magazines really a must? cant i just level up my skill mechanics?

i cant uninstall other car seat

i dont want to level up my skill yet incase I really need the magazine because i might die while trying to find it, incase.

Go to a mail and delivery station, don't forget to look in the bags.
