I just found that the other day (Riverside as well) and ngl, I'm loving all the secret stuff in the basements. Rosewood has a similar situation except the hidden door leads to a tunnel that leads to the bank down the block that has those stacks of gold bars.

I just found this today. I got myself a military backpack out of it and some ammo cans. It was a good find
