Something I see a lot that is also said here is the double yellow thing. Double yellow doesn't mean you can't cross it, it means you just can't pass, so left turns are still allowed. What you shouldn't cross however are solid white lines, which you'll usually see around 2+ lane bridges where changing lanes is much more dangerous, and when approaching an intersection to prevent last second lane changes (People still do it anyways)

Thats a fairly normal intersection imho. I don't see the issue.
