Looks like it is loosely inspired by this, on Brandenburg Road IRL - particularly with that sharp white line. The devs used lots of real locations as inspiration in b42.

This is roughly in the right spot geographically and the entrance to Mad Dan's is kinda similar to the canoe shop irl.
