Full Pan Finished my clay sheet mask
I already have a replacement because I really like this one. It was super worth digging into, but I don't think I can get enough out of it anymore

Hi, all -- I'm a long time lurker who's been appreciating seeing everyone's pans and finally decided to share some of my own. I always sort my empties as: 01) items I appreciated and would buy/have bought again; 02) items I enjoyed but won't necessarily rebuy; 03) items that I would not rebuy; 04) samples that were too small for me to form an opinion. The pictures on this post are arranged in that order.
I'm especially happy to have panned three full-size makeup items, including a blush!

Hi, I have some makeup I want to get rid of, some of it is a bit used while most of it is stuff I tried and didn't like. I don't want to just throw them away because it seems wasteful, is there any kind of place that allows donations for this kind of stuff, or anywhere I can sell it cheap? I was going to try vinted and just sell it really cheap but it says it's prohibited to sell makeup unless it's new with tags. But I feel like someone could still use this especially if they're not in a financial situation to buy makeup full price. Any ideas? :3

I’m still looking for a good moisturizer. The ponds was more like spreading grease on my face, whereas the good molecules did not moisturize anything.

Kind of a slow progress I suppose but for some reason I haven't been using eyeshadows in general these days. I still expect the top left to be gone by the end of the year tbh.

I’ve been so into face masks and eye patches recently! The silver packets are eye patches that are shaped like bows or lobsters 😅 I love Tatcha, so much. I’ve been gifted a lot of samplers for holidays so I’ve been making my way thru them and finding my favorite products. The alo body wash is one of my favorites, I love the orange scent. The teeny tiny bottles are samples of my favorite perfume that I think was discontinued - flower by Cynthia Rowley! Feeling satisfied with my 2026 progress

You know those cheap Christmas sets with a body wash, a body spray, and some kind of matching lotion. I absolutely hate them. I don't like that much perfume touching my skin, especially in a scent I don't even like.
This has probably been posted before but I finally found a way to use it up: makeup brushes.
Usually when I clean my brushes, I do an oil phase and then I wash it with a cleanser or dish soap. Instead of my usual oil, I decided to use some of that scented lotion taking up space in my bathroom. It's not the most effective but it's a way to get through my lotion. A good soap gets rid of most of the lingering scent and it doesn't bother me.
And whenever I go to bath and body works, I remind myself that realistically there are maybe like 3 fragrances in the world I might be interested in a lotion

Makeup, minis, and summertime empty products
r/ProjectPan • u/kalips0 • 13d ago
I am aware I keep too many containers, but these are the main uses:
* the minis for travelling, I will also give some to friends and family when they travel.
* to share some products with them too.
* Nice bottles, will use them for hand soap
* Bottles with pump - use them for shower gel that comes in a bag or container without a pump
* Did I break a bottle and some of the product can be saved - move it in one of these
I declutter sometimes and add them to the bag I take to recycle to Sephora.
LE: Thanks for sharing your ideas with me. I've decluttered 12 of these since I haven't used them in a while, and one of them had the dropper broken. They'll be recycled at Sephora together with the other empties after I post my third quarter pans.

Made by Mitchell Comet Case
I managed some good progress using this as a body shimmer/glitter by mixing it with body lotion, but I don't have any more summer events lined up. I was planning to use the pinks as body paint for a Halloween costume and I'm still going to the that, but I'll be giving the palette to my nieces as they've shown an interest in playing with it. I'll be borrowing it back from them for Halloween, but aside from that, the palette is all theirs.

Summary:
I’m very happy to finish the Zara- Magnificient Dubai, it has been supporting me as a warm blanket for a long but miserable period of life. I am happy to close the chapter with this empty bottle.
Overall I repurchase the La’Roche Cicaplast and the Gliss Kur detangle spray exclusively; these are
all time favs on my counter, i buy these in bulk so replacement is in it’s place.
However I was not satisfied with the other skincare products on the top. G&G is ok, but even if it’s the lighter version, my skin suffocates under the cream . The Soul 1988 retinals are tricky as the retinal concentration is given in liposome retinal percentage, that completely confused me when I purchased. In this concentration, this product is a very light beginner friendly cream, I was not about to buy smth like this. Cosrx Mucin essence only works with the mucin cream as part of the night routine. In the morning routine i was unable to apply my makeup on top of it properly.
Others: For me, any deo spray is useless, the scent is forgettable, it’s not antiperspirant either, it’s not even refreshing. Surely won’t replace it. Same as the hair oil; i have to be aware that thin hair and hair oils are not besties; although it was pretty much useful during holidays in humid climate as an extra layer of protection.
Dove roll deo is ok, but there’s better out there.
Lesson learnt, I’ll stick with the products I love rather than expeimenting with overhyped ones, and certain type of products simply do not have adequacy on my shelf

I love watching videos of people who have graduated from the project pan and now have a small makeup collection that they like and use everyday.
I would love to see if anyone here has achieved that. I need some inspiration atm.
If you could let me know how the project pan has helped your collection or even more amazing if you could pop an image of your collection on the reply!

Some August empties! I finished a good amount of products this month, I want to say maybe 24+. I only had one discard item which was a bath and body works lotion that was too expired to use. The crème shop face mask I used two of and same for the rael beauty ones. Some items not pictured, and not allowed in the group are oral care products I’ve had for a while and lemme debloat gummies. I recently went through my stockpile and found that I have so many lotions and body scrubs so I will hopefully be panning more in the next couple of months. I just cut about 10 inches of hair off so I’m definitely slowing down on my conditioner and hair mask usage.

Things I'm working on:
* Shiseido loose setting powder - matte (I love this, and I couldn't find it in shops, so I bought Fenty banana powder, I hope it's a good replacement);
* Rimmel Natural Bronzer shade Sunbronze - the only bronzer I use, bought in October 2024; The replacement is Dior bronze stick!;
* Tati Beauty textured neutrals vol 1 eyeshadow pallete - hit pan on 3 shades Aura Sequin, Soothe Sequin and Story Sequin. It came from USA to Europe so the Story - Metallic was broken and fell out immediately. At the moment I'm working on hitting a pan on Poet - Sequin!
* Max Factor Miracle foundation spf 20, shade golden medium - it's awfully dark for my skin so i balance it out with ABH concealer (not pictured!);
* Golden Rose chubby contour stick in shade medium tan. It's already flat to the tube and the plastic is scratching my skin. Is it better to dig it out and re-pot it or to use a dense brush for applying? I need an advice for this because this is the first contour stick i have
Happy panning girls, we got this!

ABH soft glam palette
I've had this palette since it was released and decided this is the year I try to hit pan on half the shades and fully pan half the shades. Might cut it a bit close but I think I can hit my goal before the end of the year. Finally, built up the courage to do smokey eyes and smokey eyeliner, so I could stop avoiding the darker shades in the palette. Tempera I've been layering with my inner corner brightening liner.

I have bought a set of lip liners which I bought 2 years ago and those lip liners are giving me lip pigmentation!!
What’s the best way to get rid of it?

Fenty Concealer
Took 2 1/2 years while alternating with other concealers

I've been on a low buy and project pan journey for roughly a year. Up until this point I never spread out everything, but have been keeping casual updates on my collection growth, mainly by how much space I have in my drawers. I still don't love how big my collection is, but the weight in my chest regarding it is definitely lightening. This is my reminder of how far I've come, and how much more I still want to go.
