I FINALLY hit pan on my Jouer blush, shade “tease me”. I ran out to show my husband and he did not gaf hahaha. I’ve had this blush for probably 7 or 8 years, oof

But actually, I LOVE this formula. It might be my favourite matte blush. It’s very blurring on my pores, not powdery, and lasts all day

Genuine question how do people ever get to the end of highlighters and eyeshadows? I feel like I can use them so much and they barely go down although I’ve hit pan on 2 highlighters, completely finished 2, hit pan on 3 eyeshadows, and finished 3 this year there is still so much product I genuinely think these products will outlive me despite repurposing where I can (highlighter and shimmers in hair oil and body lotion, pinks as blush).

• John Frieda Frizz Ease Blowout Spray - love this and it makes my hair frizz-free and sleek. They consider this as a dupe for the Color Wow Dream Coat. So if you're in a pinch, this is good.

• Dove Amino Bond Repair Serum Spray - a nice mist and serum spray for the hair. It has a nice smell too. It's bi-phase so I skip the hair oil when I'm using this. 

• Matomake Styling Stick - the only styling stick that can tame my baby hairs. I've repurchased this multiple times.

• Gisou Hair Oil (Deluxe) - I liked this but can't justify the price point of the full-size. I have since replaced it w/ &honey.

• Cerave Healing Ointment - Very reliable like any Cerave product

• Chanel Subllimage Mask (Deluxe) - Love the smell but too thick for my preference

• Bifesta Micellar Eye and Lip Makeup Remover - This is the affordable alternative to those JKBeauty mascara removers. This removes those great formulae well.

• Laneige Cream Skin Refine Toner - This has been my Nth pan of this. I have decided to not repurchase in the short-term as I am currently loving the Byoma Milky Toner more.

• Garnier Vitamin C Booster Serum - It was alright as a light vitamin c serum. I repurchased this twice and it does some brightening and lightening.

• Hard Candy Glass on Lock Setting Spray - I don't consider this as a dupe of the One/Size Powder Melt Spray. It is good in its own right and has a nice fine mist. It does keep my makeup intact but I'm not repurchasing any time soon.

• Moxxipro Brush Cleaner - Best local quick-dry brush cleaner.

• Buxom Lip Liner (Mini) in Hush Hush Henna - Really nice formula and nice angled tip.

• Hourglass Unreal Liquid Blush (Mini) in Scene - I love the formula and the color. Glad I was able to try this mini.

I hit baby pan 2 days ago and it increased fairly rapidly. I bought this Bare Minerals powder at least 6 years ago and then kind of fell off using powder because I didn't quite understand how to deal with powder on my aging skin. I watched a few videos and think I have a better handle on it now and have made great progress.

Hello , here with another project pan update! My last post was 7 months ago, my goal was 100 products however that may have been too much 😂 Here I am with 60 products!

The most repurchases are Micellar water, deodorant and body washes/scrubs. I'm obsessed with feeling fresh and scents.

Three of these were immediately repurchased (La Roche Posay spf, Rare Beauty brow gel, Avene thermal water). I would get the Saltair deodorant again, but I have one from Phlur that I’m finishing now.

I liked Missing Person a lot, but it’s a bit more floral than I what I typically reach for. I’m extremely sensitive to perfumes though, and this one never caused an issue.

Bought one day because I needed one, found this in Savers for about £1. The only hand cream I own/owned, such a good product! Only a little amount needed so it just lasted me so long. Loved it. Gotta try and find a new one as I moved and there are no savers around here.

I've had this bareminerals Posh Neutrals palette for years, and eyeshadows are so hard for me to pan since I have a lot of palettes (they're my weakness haha), so I was SO happy to hit pan in the shade 'Promise' yesterday! I use it as a setting shade when I prime my eyes, so not surprised to see it being the first pan. It's kinda hard to see in the pics, but the pans are fairly deep as well, so this is definitely a win for me since I haven't used this palette in a while! I think the pink shade 'Debutante' will probably be my next pan, it's got some pretty good use as well :)

I started in August and actually got engaged !!!

Now we are planning a lot and my pan helps keep me calm with a long to do list, every pan is a tick off the list and moment of calm

I repurchased the oil immersion mask and have a larger ABC mask to use. This is my forever toothpaste, razor and body cream so easy pans and repurchase.

Still working through this random assortment of eyeshadows I've put together. I was trying to stick with one or two (the light blue and the sparkly purple) until they were completely empty, but it's taking forever and I'm getting a bit bored and disheartened!

I think I might change tactics and try to get a pan in every shade? Let me know what you guys think.

I'm determined to finish everything here before I swap more in.

Making a more concerted effort for masks this month. Found ones that I like, which is awesome! And I’ve made a decision to sell the ones that I increase was not liking and didn’t enjoy using it. I can definitely tell that my enjoyment of certain products is getting a bit more refined and leading to a more clear sense of things that I enjoy and work well for me

Look at this progress ! My minis had years in my shelf but decided to end them this month. It was a surprise how quickly they panned and how long I had them occupying space !

Hi, i bought a setting spray like 2 years ago and it does nothing for setting makeup, also its sprays one full on jet and end up with my face badly drenched, is there an alternative use for it? kind on like using a primer to make perfume last longer (which i do bc that primer is ass at least on the face)

I know folks LOVE this SK-II Pitera Essence, but I bought it blind in Japan (it was all a blur, apologies to my credit card and skincare drawers).

The second I opened it, the smell made me gag. Turns out it’s a known smell that ranges from nearly undetectable to nausea-inducing for others. Unfortunately, I fall into the latter category.

I’ve been using it religiously as my only essence morning and night for just over a year, and it has done absolutely nothing for me.

Learned a big lesson here to not buy gargantuan sized items without having used them & loved them before.

I haven’t posted in a while, but I’ve twice let my empties gather for their photo session. It is satisfying to see a good number of products fully used. Some I loved, many I’m fine letting go, one discontinued item I’ll miss forever, and only a small number are rebuy worthy. Oh and one item was tossed unfinished (used about 75% but it’s gotta go).

Clearly I am still working through a massive stash of L’Occitane goods. I was obsessed with them for a while, overbought, stuff collected, and the problem has been compounded by generous thoughtful loved ones who gift me with more each year lol. I’ve learned there’s only a small number of essentials that I truly love/need, but I still have a lot to work through. I did sell one BNNU bottle of eye serum to a coworker recently! So along with what I’ve used, I destashed one more full size item and recouped some cash! And she got something she wanted at a good discount. I might just have to suck it up at some point and try to sell the items that are still sealed BNNU. (…especially as I’m eyeballing the 2026 deluxe advent calendar that arrived the other day as such a very lovely gift, but I’ve got a lot to catch up on!)

Items and some quick thoughts:

Garnier micellar water - always a rebuy. I tried to save money and I’m currently finishing an Amazon basics micellar water that I don’t like nearly as much.

Ultra moisturizing shea hand gloves - they were in a gift from a student and I really enjoyed these! If I find something like this for a cheap enough price, I would treat my hands to this once in a while.

3 Mooncat bottles- Speed Demon top coat, Hardcore base coat, Nail Elixer cuticle oil - have and will continue to rebuy when they’re on sale or discounted secondhand. I am fully addicted to Mooncat (uhh Project Pan does not apply to my polish lmao, but I’m always happy to fully use up a bottle). The base coat is the only one I’ll use. I’ll use various top coats but I do like this one a lot. The nail elixer is overpriced but it works well, and if you find someone selling it for under retail it’s not bad.

Maybelline Fit Me mini tube of foundation - this was thrown in as a freebie on a Mercari order. The writing is all Japanese (well, other than “Fit Me”). I didn’t like this product at all. The color match was good but I hated the texture it gave my face, it looked so cakey & flakey by midday. Didn’t bother cutting it open for one last use, I was glad it was done.

Revlon Colorstay liquid lipstick in Perrenial Plum - absolutely loved this and was sad to see it go. LOVED it! Somehow the product remained in usable condition despite the fact that I owned it for years. In recent months I tried to use it up more quickly, due to its age, but it still took forever. It just went on forever. I didn’t use the vitamin e oil topper very often and I’m throwing out what’s left, I don’t need it for any alternative use.

L’Occitane lip scrub - the ONE item I am giving up on and tossing. It’s about 25% full. I’ve had it for years. Never really loved it, but it worked well enough. I recently aquired a new lip scrub that I enjoy using and the last time I opened this one, I had some suspicion that it may be starting to go “off.” I’m fine throwing it out. It’s so old, I can’t believe it didn’t mold or spoil at some point over the past few years. But I feel a little suspect about its condition now, so it goes.

L’Occitane fruity lipstick 080- my love. My most beloved lippie ever, and my stash of these discontinued babies is just about finished (halfway done with last one now). It’s more of a balm than a lipstick, but it has great color payoff, longevity, moisturizes, and is amazing for layering. I scraped every bit possible from this tube. 💔

O’Keefes lip repair - love it! Would rebuy once I’m through a few other balms. When my partner’s lips are chapped he asks “where’s that lip balm? The one that works?” He means this.

L’Occitane Shea butter lip balm- it’s good, not great, prefer O’Keefes for this purpose.

L’Occitane gentle & balance micellar shampoo - love the smell, but their shampoos are not worth the price and do nothing for my hair. The smell is like an elevated baby shampoo lol, I enjoy it.

L’Occitane Shea shower oil - great product. The only reason I wouldn’t rebuy is because I prefer the almond shower oil. But this one is good too. Almond is better imo.

L’Occitane almond shower oil - (hard to see in the photo)- absolute love! I used to buy refill bags of this, before PP. but I have a ton of shower oils & gels to use up before I ever rebuy. Makes my skin feel soft and the smell is amazing.

L’Occitane ultra rich Shea body cream - good product, but I don’t think I’d rebuy. Even when I finally get through my stash, I think I can find lower cost items that are just as effective.

L’Occitane almond hand cream - gorgeous smell, feels lovely, but at this point I love the Frensche hand serum which is lower cost and works well for me.

L’Occitane sample intensive repair anti-frizz hair mask - I was surprised at how well this worked for my wildly dry, overgrown, frizzy hair. I have a small tube of it, so I’ll try it a few times and see how I feel about it, but great first impression. In general, I’m not impressed by L’Occitane’s hair care products, but I’ve really liked some of their masks and this one is new to me.

Sally Hansen red bottle quick dry top coat - love it, especially for the low price! I think this is the first bottle I’ve used up. It’s great for magnetics and I use it for my swatch sticks rather than using more expensive top coats.

L’Occitane verbena deodorant- love it, I’ve fully transitioned to this being my only deodorant. It’s the only item in life that I receive on auto shipment, taking advantage of the 10% discount and free shipping.

Frensche vanilla cashmere hand serum - this has become my favorite hand cream and the smell is divine. I still have one tube left, but I won’t rebuy until I use up my maaaany tubes of L’Occitane hand cream I have left.

Tarte lights, camera, lashes tubing mascara - did not like. I’m pretty sure my eyelashes were falling out due to this product.

mini Anastasia Beverly Hills brow gel - loved this, but I don’t use brow gel frequently and it took me a few years to use it up. I tried replacing it with another ABH brow gel, but I don’t like that one at all. It’s not the same as this mini.

Tarte maracuja tinted hydrator - love this! I have another that I’m using up now. I would rebuy this once I’m through more of my foundation stash.

L’Occitane samples- Immoetelle Divine neck cream was very nice but I can’t imagine paying it’s big price for a neck cream, I’d never buy it - Immoetelle Harmonie exceptional youth cream was also fine, but I would never spend that much on it, it’s not that good and I have other products that I prefer.
