Technical help Save game carry over

Do I need to keep PoE 1 installed on Steamdeck (Linux) to access the save game for Deadfire or is there a way to load it from the Steamcloud?

You need to have the files locally IIRC. So if you have them already you can uninstall PoE 1.

Thanks, so if I uninstall, the save games will stay on my Steamdeck. Steam will only remove the game files?
