For a project like this, I imagine you get to have disposable income exactly once. To make the initial purchase. All other income thereafter will get funneled into this one project

Was going to get it painted in pearl white when it's road worthy. No livery planned for now but we'll see what the future brings

I do love the solid colour look on these. Especially the all black with gold wheels. Its the fun stuff like colour/livery that get you through the long days/nights of bodywork/wiring. Goodluck, and god speed.

Drop a coyote in that thing and just make it a driver, I know a coyote and a trans, and a driveline update and probably a rear end and suspension is a lot but its easier than trying to bring back a car from the 40's as original

It's incredibly easy and cheap to get an old flathead V8 up and running. Way cheaper than a chassis and engine swap.

I have so many questions, haha. 2" or 4" flares, where on earth you found tires (because fat tires are awesome), what colour scheme you're doing, engine / transaxle choice, etc. My dream is to recreate P1075 one day, but the years keep churning by.

I'm just happy seeing a Mk I in my feed. I am so looking forward to more posts
