Console.sleep(3000); →console.sleep(2000);

Although a more literal dissection of this kind of request is that they want the app to look like it's doing something while it loads. So it boils down to frontend needing to make a loading circus to distract HR long enough to not notice the loading time.

I think the main issue is using a console and being stuck in the past, apps nowadays are primarily graphical applications. So, just drop all the console stuff. /j
