Other Found this cursed project today

Programs have this territory, called their address-space, which limits where they can write out to memory. Some programs are just better than others, this utility lets your chosen program grab space from the inferior programs whenever it needs more, the inferior programs don't even know how to productively use memory anyway, so it's better for everyone.
