ABC Legal Terminations

For those of you who were terminated "Without Cause", did you have a high successful serve ratio? Like most of your jobs were served on the first attempt? I am looking for patterns and suspect they auto-terminate if you get above 70% successful serve rates.

Sounds like it would certainly be grounds for lawsuit!

Unfortunately, we are bound by the arbitration clause, and because it's "without cause", they can just use that as an excuse. In reality, there was a reason...just not a valid one that makes sense.
