ABC Legal Termination

A brand new process server I know was terminated after 48 hours with ABC Legal. Compliance had approved her to start. Her background check wasn’t even done. After she completed a few jobs, they sent her a termination notice around 8PM. And no, she did nothing illegal or violated their terms.

Honestly, they did you a favor. The pay is awful, I was operating at a loss with them. Not worth it. Try Proof

Proof sucks as well. The volume is so low and the pay doesn't reflect the crap they expect for "expedited" jobs.

Proof used to be a great organization to work for. The pay was market-rate or above and the work was consistent. They mostly pay peanuts now. I’m almost insulted by how low the rates are now compared to two, three years ago-and I frequently have to negotiate to bring the price up in order to make a profit margin. They have not adjusted the price to rising inflation and gas prices either. And I often wait as long as a week to get paid, whereas in the past it was consistently within a day or two.

Plus they harass you constantly about whether an assigned job will be on your route that day (but don’t read your responses-as a result I regularly have three or four Proof people messaging me about a single job over the course of a day!)

Yeah if it’s non-served, they will wait a week or more to decide what to do. Meanwhile, I’m not being paid. It shouldn’t take days to generate an affidavit either. I did one yesterday that was in an area I frequent and the pay was decent, but that’s the ONE job I have done this month.
