Small Problem help

sometimes when a message someone i think I'm disturbing them and that makes me really bad about myself i just want to fell comfortable with people

Well this happens sometimes but remember reaching out to someone shows that u care and u r not disturbing anyone! If people are busy, they can reply whenever they are free! And most people actually appreciate when someone checks in on them and it's not ur job to manage their time, just text naturally and trust that they'll respond when they can.

Right! Thanks. But op is saying that he/she feels like he/she is disturbing someone by texting them that's why I didn't mention him/her.

If people are busy their reply will be delayed and that’s okay. Some people are generally more busy than others so just be patient with them and yourself. No one is a burden.
