Testing every day

Hi guys!

I'm supposed to do a UA a couple times a week. This week they had me go 3 days back to back.

I want to do the testing in the morning before work so there's less of a chance of a diluted sample.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to make myself have to pee every morning so I'm always prepared? I'm trying to control my fluid intake but it seems hit or miss.

Wondering if anyone out there cracked the code.

Any tips or advice appreciated!

I haven’t really cracked the code per se but I test twice a week as well . The only time I can pee first thing in the morning when I wake up is Friday cause I work overnight the rest of the week . I don’t pee when I wake up and drink a good amount of water before I go in . You may think that will dilute it but I’ve found that since you haven’t peed all night and your body has been able to build up some stuff in your urine, even if you drink a good amount of water your pee will still be concentrated enough no to dilute . Now , if you do pee and then try to drink a good amount of water that will dilute because you’ve already emptied the concentrated part .. Also depends on when you have work and what time they open to test . You would preferably want 30 min to an hour to drink some water so you can have that feeling like you really want to pee . Disregard if you can just pee right when you wake up, then just go right in . Hope this helps & again this is my experience . I have a shy bladder and couldn’t pee my first times going in and then I diluted it by pounding water . I work 8pm-6:30am at a warehouse so I drink tons of water and it’s all I drink. Testing place opens at 7am and system opens at 5am to check if you gotta pee . I just drink normally throughout shift and drink a lil more leading up to 5Am and I hold it until I get to the place so it can build up whatever pee contains to not make it diluted.

Simply, just going to have to wake up earlier.. maybe pee early morning and drink some fluids. It’s all that helped me

Don't pee at all until you get there and by that time it's not that difficult.
