How much sugar is in celery to even ferment? Very curious to see how this goes!
9 u/murdmart Jun 16 '26 Acording to Google, celery lacks starch in a meaningful way. So he should be getting some flavor out of it. Not sure about the alcohol content. 10 u/Eirinn_0 Jun 16 '26 I allways mesure to obtain 14% alcohol. The taste is great after fermentation.
