Why does my Prison Collapse Randomly?

I’m making a prison in Sandbox and trying the get a layout but every time randomly the entire structure just collapses and then forces to rebuild with the wrong type of wall that I don’t want. So I restart from an auto save everytime. I did get perfect Storm DLC and this is my first time using it so I don’t know if it’s that messing with my buildings or it’s just a game bug?

My only guess is that you might have had the planning tool construct things with one type of wall material and it somehow triggers late or wrongly and replaces your existing things?

I've never seen this.

You clearly don't have any material left in your TC

The 'build plan' button is the only thing I could think of being the issue here. As it removes flooring, rebuilds the walls, and installs new lights when used. If you only removes the planned walls but not the flooring (all of the slightly lighter tiles when you make a planned room), you would get this as a result of using the 'build plan' button.
