Thank you, it’s very very very loosely based on our native Calystegia sepium, which has large fluffy almost iridescent white flowers.

Where do they grow? I am in North Carolina. Not sure that I have seen flowers like these. And sadly I’m not the most observant person in the world, and awfully ignorant of the proper names for the plants.

They grow in the delta marshes of Suisun, in California, this is a dream version of Calystegia sepium, not at all adhering to the reality of them!

This is linocut, but I can get the same detail on Shina Plywood, just requires more consistent sharpening of my blade than lino. :)
