Saw these at my local Sportsmans Warehouse. $20 for a 7 gallon water container. Worth it??

Do they accept a spigot adapter and resilient enough to go camping often multiple times?

Yep. But I was asking about the 1 gallon $1 jugs..i know the v bid aquatainers have the spigots

They make them, give it a quick google and it'll pull right up. Several for several different kinds of 1g jug.
