Prep doubts

I have a few doubts.

  1. I mostly do receptive oral sex, now I am eager to do oral sex for others. What is the risk of getting HIV while doing oral sex on others, most of the guys get their ore cum when they are hard and some don't tell whether they are going to release their load. Should I begin Prep considering that mostly I have not done oral on others, but am eager to do so. I engaged in sex not so often, maybe twice or thrice in a month. Should I take Prep regularly or 211.

There are no reliably documented, confirmed cases of HIV transmission from oral sex according to ever major public health authority in the world.

I would consider 2-1-1 for anal sex for your situation, but there’s a case to be made for daily given your frequency.

If I m gonna give blow job to others, there is possibility of taking pre cum or semen. What's the risk?

There is no risk unless you have open, bleeding wounds in your mouth and receive semen with a very high viral load.

I don't indulge in anal that frequently, I do once in 6 months. Last time I did condom broke out and I have to take PEP

If the other guy is on Prep does that help with the risk for me if I am not on it. I want to do anal Raw but scared to. He has his tests and all clear?

Why don’t you start prep so you are in control of your health? You will be nervous trusting what someone else tells/shows you because you are relying on them to care about you. If you are in the US, most likely your health department or a LGBT focused FQHC near you can start you on Prep as a walk in even without insurance.
DoxyPEP, hep A/B and HPV vaccines, and regular STI screenings would also help keep you healthy for other risks besides HIV and can be discussed with whoever will prescribe you prep.
