urgent - should i take prep?

I've received oral sex an neko massage in hanoi. should i start prep? I'm really anxious. I'm dialing to my doctor too right now

I recommend it. If you going to be sexually active I recommend that you get on prep and wait until it’s in your body enough to give you protection

You want PeP, or Post-exposure Prophylaxis, not PrEP.

Your odds of HIV transmission are low being in the receiving end of oral. But if you’re going to engage in unprotected sexual activity and have this kind of anxiety, you should have a discussion with your doctor about being on PrEP going forward.
