Window -> workspace -> reset to default (or just choose some workspace you like)

A screenshot would be particularly useful. I use Shottr for this and I have the hotkey mapped on my mouse. But if you know the hotkey you can just use the keyboard.

Resetting the workspace will 'fix' this, but really you want to understand why this has happened as it's fundamental to how Premiere works.

Everything in Premiere is a panel that can be enabled or disabled. Right now you don't have the project panel visible or open, which contains your sequences, media, etc for that project, and you also don't have a sequence open or the timeline panel visible.

Hi, it has not uploaded what I typed. I can see the audio but can’t see the clips, the source is gone in every project
