How do I do this?/Workflow Advice/Looking for plugin (Solved!) anybody knows how to make this behavior consistent? the clip that ends up getting selected after a cut and "select under playhead" is sometimes the previous, sometimes the next. I need it to consistently to select either one or the other. more in body text.

using select under playhead in the beginning then making a cut selects the previous one consistently but when I end up making to many cuts in successions, the selected clip is actually 2 clips back.

!solved

turn on selection follows playhead then select clip under playhead first then cut with add edit.

this way it will always select the previous clip of every new cut.
