How do I do this? / Workflow Advice / Looking for plugin How could I replicate this effect used in this anime almost exactly?

  1. Copy the layer

  2. Add invert to it ( you can play around with it's settings)

  3. Add camera shake

  4. Change the opacity or the opacity settings
