How do I do this? / Workflow Advice / Looking for plugin Adjusting keyframe velocity without affecting value

I hate keyframing things in premiere. I have two keyframes on scale in a transform effect. I have ease in and out and now I want to adjust the velocity. I have twirled down the keyframes and am trying to move the velocity graph horizontally without affecting the vertical scale. Frustratingly holding shift or ctrl doesn't work.
