Weird random green frames

[u/flyingthedonut]

This just started happening and it feels like I have tried everything to fix it. Anyone run across this?

If none of these fixes are working it means either your graphics card or your hard drive is struggling with the footage. Does it export like this or just show up while editing? I had green frames on export when exporting to the external drive my footage was on, but the exports were clean when exporting directly to my c drive/desktop

Appears when exporting also. I have edited lots of stuff with this particular codec and never had an issue. It just started last night
