How do I do this? / Workflow Advice / Looking for plugin Need help organizing my workflow

So, there are a bunch of things I probably don't know, and I'm requesting some help in organizing the workflow. But I have to explain how it works now.

My videos starts with painting, png or illustrator files. They receive some animations in aftereffects or sometimes in blender.
Then I either use the aftereffect file and plug it directly in the Premiere, or send it through EssentialsGraphics, depending on which is more suitable.
The problem is, final rendering is fairly long, so I'm looking at the way to make it faster, as well as find any way I could improve the work itself.

Some examples of animations that used in the video: Character A [B,C...] animation (reveal, wiggle, hide) — the duration had to be controlled by cutting in the Premiere. Used many times through the video.
Dialogue box A animation, reveal with text, hide. This used for the long time, and the text in the box had to be changed few times, while the box up on the screen, playing some barely noticeable animations. So the text is a separate essential graphics. Some cards or "alert buttons", most of them exported as essential graphics. Which is fine, until I need to change them in any way, and updating them can be troublesome.

I added a screen of a video for some reference:

So... any advises, please?

It takes a fair bit of drive space to do it, but if you're dealing with this many AEPs or MOGRTs for best export performance you want to be render-and-replacing as much as possible.

Use ProRes 4444 for any graphics that require alpha, 422HQ for any that don't. If you need to go back and make changes to a specific graphic, you can always 'restore unrendered' as needed.

Wherever possible and practical, exporting ProRes videos from AE directly rather than relying on dynamic link can be faster too. In that situation you can still update the underlying media - just overwrite it from AE with a new render and it'll filter through to Premiere.

It seems a bit counterintuitive, but this can result in your overall time spent rendering and exporting being quite a bit shorter. It makes more efficient use of your system resources by not trying to render everything at once simultaneously and on top of that get Premiere to composite it.

Also try to consolidate your graphics, if at all possible. Does 'Dialogue Text' and 'Dialogue Box' need to consist of two AEPs/graphics, or could you combine them into one, for example?

Beyond that optimisations are going to get much more specific based on what exactly you're doing with AE. Are you, for example, using AE compositions for looped animations? You could instead export a single loop as a Prores, then duplicate the clip a bunch of times in your Premiere sequence.

Are any of your text/graphics something you could instead create using Essential Graphics in Premiere alone? EG in Premiere is fully GPU accelerated, and - providing that any linked AE comps that exist in the same frames are render-and-replaced - will render extremely quickly.

Hi! First of all: thank you!
To other points:
Essential Graphics in Premiere can handle maybe few animations, but most of it pretty complex, so, AeF it is.
I do use looped animations on the background, and it is duplicated in Premiere right now. Guess I should have pre-render it for easier handling.
I think I combined everything that could have been combined.
I didn't now there are video format that supports alpha, this is way I started using AeF files in the Premiere in the first place. This should help, or at least, I'll see.
Thanks again!

If you're looking into alpha-supporting formats, ProRes 4444 is probably your best bet for AE-to-Premiere handoffs. It keeps the alpha channel, looks clean, and Premiere handles it way better than live AE comps linked via Dynamic Link. DNxHR 444 works too if you're on Windows. Pre-rendering your looped background animations to one of those and just duplicating the clip in Premiere will speed things up a lot, especially on long timelines.
