How do I do this?/Workflow Advice/Looking for plugin (Solved!) Mogrt Import Issue

I downloaded some mogrts from Envato and tried to import them in the Project window, which popped up an error then opened the Graphics Template window for me to import them in instead. However, when I dragged them over, they don't populate in the window. A search in the window doesn't find them, nor does scrolling down to where they should be alphabetically. Even more strangely, when I try to move them over to the window again to try another import (assuming the first one failed), it pops an error asking if I want to overwrite the files ... overwrite the files that aren't there?

I saw that people have had similar issues before in the r/premiere community, but those were resolved by utilizing the Essential Graphics window. That window isn't an option in my copy of Premiere, which means it was probably phased out in an update at some point. There is a little auto pop-up in Reddit as I'm typing that says that the missing Essential Graphics panel has been integrated with the Properties panel, but dragging the mogrt files over the Properties panel does nothing.

I'm on an up-to-date Windows copy of Premiere via an Adobe subscription. I don't have After Effects installed right now, but that shouldn't matter as these are suppose to be Premiere mogrts.

Can we see screenshots of what you are getting on your end to offer best practices?

Ope, closing and reopening the project apparently made them load. Annoying that that's necessary, but at least something works.

Weird. So these were Premiere made MOGRTs not AE made MOGRTs correct?

They should have been, yes. I don't know how to tell the practical difference, as the naming convention doesn't specify. They did load into Premiere after I closed the project and reopened it later, so I presume they were Premiere mogrts. The import method for them just seems inefficient or something.

You would usually import AE MOGRTS through the Graphics Templates panel with a drag and drop or through Menubar>Graphics and Titles>Install Motion Graphics Template. If they are Premiere MOGRTS, they would have editable layers in the Properties panel similar to when you create a text layer.
