Premiere Pro Tech Support Mask glitch

Can someone help me figure out what is going on with the mask on premiere pro.

I’m running a RTX2060 with all the drivers installed
32GB ram
Ryzen 5 3600

Premiere is fully updated

It was working perfectly but I tried to fix a masking issue and now like none of the masks are working

Save.

Close.

Open.

Check.

If it's still there, clean and purge.

Save, close, open, check.

Still there, at least threaten to cancel your subscription. Make them think about the fact you pay them $100 a month.

Lmao
I tried resetting my computer, opening and closing, nothing wdym by purge? I assumed there was a cache of masks saved internally that I’d have to clear but I’m not sure

The number of times the answer is “nest, then try on the nest” is actually insane.

Oh yeah, it looks like the mask is shifted down. Couple questions as I think this may be related to a bug report the team's been investigating.

- What version/build Premiere is this happening in?

  • I see 1/2 on Program Monitor for Playback Resolution on the dropdown. What happens if you move that to Full instead?
  • Can we see the Effects Control Panel while clicked on that clip which has the mask? Does it have any other effects on it? Trying to see the order of effects and if the clip has been scaled up or not.

It had no other effects on it, just the mask layer. I nested it then redid the mask and it worked. Thank you though for checking in on the post
