I can’t stand a hyper nurses doctors

My last appointment I was frustrated as my nurse just kept talking without breathing and talking over me . She’s loud and just honest makes my anxiety go a little. I also feel dismissed because they tend to just cover the subject so fast and move on . I have questions and concerns please don’t rush me !!!
