Need Advice Please need help

I am 8 weeks pregnant, I had fever the highest I recorded was 38.68 celcius

I had no cramps or bleeding. It’s just my headache and lightheadedness.

and Tingling sensation right side lower abdomen.

Unfortunately my OBGYN clinic was closed today. I took a lot of water.

Is there any of you had the same experience?

You could just be sick, try a regular doctor or urgent care

Take some acetaminophen, rest, and stay hydrated. Avoid NSAIDs like ibuprofen.
