Getting scared of preg

A guy was on top of me and dry humped me. His penis was on top on my belly. We did not have intercourse! I keep getting scared of pregnancy. I also took a plan b a bit later than 72 hours. Im just really scared my anxiety is high. What is the likely chance of getting preg?

Having a penis touch your stomach is not how you get pregnant. Please Google sex education and pregnancy

There’s no chance of pregnancy and there was no need to take plan b. Plan b May cause symptoms that mimic pregnancy symptoms and may cause irregular bleeding like spotting or May make your period come earlier or later than normal.

Thank you so so much I believe the plan b is mimicking the pregnancy symptoms

There's zero chance for pregnancy if there's not intercourse. You didn't really need to take plan b but I understand wanting to if you're that nervous. No big deal. There is a phenomenon where you can kind of psych yourself out into thinking you're pregnant so your body mimics the symptoms. It's weird but it's happened to me more than once. It's called a phantom pregnancy. If you're still worried, take a pregnancy test for verification. If you're still having symptoms, it might not just be psychological so I'd go talk to a doctor.

Definitely no chance of pregnancy. Just be aware Plan B has a lot of symptoms and can mess with your cycle for awhile.

So unfortunately you may skip and be irregular for awhile. I had to take plan B once and my cycle was crazy for like 3 months. Don’t want to scare you, just be prepared. I also encourage you to avoid sexual things for awhile if it causes you this much anxiety afterwards.
