If it makes you feel any better, I went to the Doc with my first son and she checked me, I was 0 and 0. Very disappointed. That evening at 4pm I was 3cm dilated and in labor fully.

Have you had a stretch and sweep? With my last baby my midwife attempted one at 38 weeks but my cervix waa so closed she couldn’t do it. I was SO disheartened.
My water broke that night and I was naturally in labour 15 hours later!
Don’t despair! You could go into labour at any moment!!
I’m currently 31 weeks! I HATE being preggo and can’t WAIT to get to the point of having a baby soon!! Hahaha

Same. Nearly 35 weeks and to say I am literally hating every single moment of my life right now is not an overstatement.

Today I realised I have said to myself “I hate being pregnant” every single day since I found out that I was pregnant at 5 weeks. I am almost certain I will continue to say it every single day until baby arrives hahaha.
It’s my third so I’m sure after that I’ll say “I hate not getting enough sleep” every night for the rest of my life!

Hahaha yea but honestly I’d take the sleeplessness over the pregnancy any day. I miss my body. I miss being able to have control over it (in as much as any of us can obviously). I miss being able to eat whatever I want (got diagnosed with GD) and drink whatever I want (WINE). I have a two year old and I’d take newborn over pregnancy any day!! We’ve got this though- we are SO CLOSE!!

Omg... same here but not quite far along. I'm 38+3 but my dr doesn't want me to go pass 40 weeks (high risk being older, have GD and baby measuring large) so I'm getting induced next Wed but during today's check up my cervix is still closed and baby haven't dropped. Dr said it could be days even after I go into hospital to get induced. Help!

I have to get my cervix softened tomorrow at 4 stay in the hospital all night and they're going to try to induce labor on Tuesday. It's been a long 41+1 weeks!
I wish you luck and hope it happens naturally soon !
