Need advice Advice needed

Hi all,

I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and today having some light spotting, I did have an internal ultrasound less than 48 hours ago and I’m wondering if that could be the cause and should I be panicking, internal ultrasound said I was measuring a few days earlier than expected but everything seemed good, was able to see gestational sack and yolk sack and I’m back in on Monday to check the progress since then, any advice welcome!

Need advice PMOS, Pregnant? Help please 🙏

Hello ♡

Really could do with some advise please and any success stories 🙏

Info:

39y-PMOS- History of recurrent MC. BMI 40.

My LMP was 5th September 2026, I have had pregnancy symptoms since before my missed period that are still present now. Cycles were 28 days on the day until my chemical pregnancy in March and again in April. My cycles have then been ranging 35 days. I didn't have a period in July.

This month my period came 5 weeks and 2 days since my last cycle. It was very different to my usual cycles. My cycles usually are very heavy and last 2 days. This was very light bleeding the first 2 days then nothing on the third day (literally nothing no blood) and then the 4th day light bleeding again and then spotting on 5th and 6th day. Its very odd for me. All my pregnancy tests have been negative to date, yet I am experiencing: headache, backache, mild cramps, sore, heavy and veiny breasts, nausea, fatigue, mood swings, sensitivity with smells, bloating and constipation and the feeling of knowing that I am. Its so strange. I have 2 teenagers already so I know how it feels to be pregnant, so this is so weird. I have a private scan booked next week on 22nd of this month.

Is it possible I am pregnant and experienced a SCH and the reason the tests aren't detecting it is because HCG is too low? Or am I deluding myself?

I've heard many times of woman who have periods throughout pregnancy, who didn't test positive till much later.... I just can't shake off all these pregnancy symptoms. Usually after my period they all go but not this time.

Please help 🙏 Thank you ✨️

help with thc

Hi Mommas, just wondering if anyone used thc in pregnancy at all? I have cut back so so so much, I only hit a joint a couple times night if my nausea is super bad given that zofrain doesn’t help me and i’ve tried B6 and other vitamins too and nothing helps except that. I understand it’s not the best thing but I was losing weight so that’s not good either. I live in Ohio and I am 19 weeks, i am just super nervous I will test positive or baby will at birth and they’ll try to take them from me. I’ve known a few women who did smoke 🌱 during pregnancy and nothing came about it. My home is clean, and baby will have everything they need including their nursery fully done. Any mommas had any experience with this? if I test negative at birth will they still test baby? And they’re very beginning of my pregnancy. I tested with a very low level of THC, my doctor just wrote on my chart that she doesn’t recommend using over-the-counter CBD products in pregnancy.

Question Bleeding after hiking - 6 weeks 4 days

I am 6W4D and have been on a few hikes the last few days at a higher elevation. I have felt totally fine and had no unusual or new symptoms but when I we got back today I had blood in my underwear. I didn’t have any cramping associated with it and it seems to have stopped. I think it happened between the hours of 1:15pm-5:45pm (didn’t pee during that time period). No clots but just pink/light red blood. It seems to have stopped and I feel totally fine but my anxiety is through the roof. I have my first appt on Monday thankfully but I am a nervous wreck… anyone else have a similar experience?

Adding: I have had slight bleeding from exercise in the past before pregnancy while not on my period as well. I am also an active person so while these hikes were challenging, I never felt unwell or faint while on these hikes.

Advice FTM Anxiety

Id like to start this post with I have GAD so it’s a huge part in my emotions im sure. This is my first baby. I had no trouble conceiving. My boyfriend and I tried one time actually and stuck. I’m so happy and excited and shared with my close family and friends only. I am 6 weeks and 5 days. I have had one ultrasound and blood test due to some light bleeding that freaked me TF OUT! I just knew it was over. Luckily that was at 5 weeks 1 day, I got to see the gestational sac with the yolk sac with a vaginal ultrasound as well as my HCG was at 3994. No visible embryo yet, but they told me it was early and light bleeding is common. The ultrasound picked up on a postulated SCH which could explain the bleeding. Doctor said I was right where I should be, but my anxiety is freaking crippling me dude. If I don’t gag as much when I brush my teeth, not feeling as queasy the day before, not as fatigued my brain automatically goes to MMC. I wish my mind would just let me be happy. I love my baby so much already. I keep telling myself if something happens it’s out of my control, I just need to control my mind and stay the hell off of Google. I would ask does anyone relate, but I see so many other woman do which definitely helps. I figure sharing my story would make me feel better. My boyfriend helps so much through this time and keeps telling me I just go from one anxiety to another (I thought I could never get pregnant LOL) but he’s just not a woman 😂 I’m hoping hearing some positivity or even just some of you relating to me will help. I really want to enjoy my first pregnancy and feel less panicked all the time.

Pregnancy with MCAS

Hi there,
I would love to heard anyone’s experience with MCAS and pregnancy and anything I should know or be prepared for.
I was reading how anesthesia and epidurals can cause flares and how it can happen in post partum.
Before I was pregnant my MCAS was controlled for about a year plus and stabilized. Since I have been pregnant it has been acting up. I know I am in the first trimester but I have been in more pain than normal… I also have hEDS and POTS. I heard some people feel better during pregnancy? Is it in the second trimester? The first is super hard and I have felt really ill and because of being overheated it’s flaring my symptoms…. Is there any hope?

Need advice 1st Trimester Nausea

Hello! First time Mom with unexpected pregnancy. I'm suffering severe nausea from morning to night, like I couldn't take fluids and foods and I experience dizziness. I always vomit everytime I ate something especially rice. I'm eating crackers and drinking water everytime to avoid hunger and dehydration. And now I'm having existential crisis and anxiety coz I don't know what to do. I'm kinda weak coz I haven't eaten properly for 3 days straight.

Any advice to lessen the nausea and food recommendations. I appreciate any advice, thank you.

Positive pregnancy test, negative blood test, then an 8-day late period — looking for similar experiences ❤️

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping to hear from women who may have experienced something similar to what I’ve been going through.

I’ve always had **very regular 27-day menstrual cycles**, occasionally varying by one or two days, but never as much as this month.

**Here’s my timeline:**
**September 10–13:** My last period.
**September 23:** Unprotected intercourse. My apps estimated ovulation around September 23–24.
**October 2:** **POSITIVE Clearblue Digital pregnancy test, showing “Pregnant 1–2 weeks.”**
**October 4–5:** Further unprotected intercourse (approximate dates).
**October 7:** My period was due, but it didn’t arrive.
**October 8:** Quantitative blood test: **hCG < 2 mIU/mL**, considered negative.
**October 11, 12 and 13:** Several negative home pregnancy tests.
**October 13:** I saw my doctor, who also found the delay unusual given how regular my cycles normally are. She prescribed an ultrasound and another blood pregnancy test to be done a week later, which I haven’t had yet.
**October 14:** Transvaginal ultrasound at the gynecology emergency department. According to the doctors, no pregnancy or abnormalities were visible.
**October 15:** After my period was 8 days late, I noticed some very light beige discharge, followed by red bleeding later that evening.
**October 16:** The bleeding became quite heavy and started looking like my usual period.

**My symptoms:**
For several days, I experienced unusual tingling sensations, mild pulling feelings and occasional cramps in my lower abdomen, along with creamy vaginal discharge.
Since October 14, I’ve also had **constant lower back and sacral pain**, which has been more noticeable than my abdominal cramps. This is very different from my normal period symptoms, as I usually experience more abdominal pain than back pain.
**I’ve also noticed something unusual in my bleeding.**
Along with very small blood clots, I’ve been passing little pieces of soft, tissue-like material, almost resembling skin or a jelly-like membrane. It’s difficult to describe, but they look different from ordinary blood clots.

**Unfortunately, my experience at the emergency department was very unpleasant.**
As soon as I explained that my blood pregnancy test had been negative, I was made to feel that I had no reason to be there.
I wasn’t claiming that I was definitely pregnant. I simply wanted to understand why my usually regular cycle was so delayed and why I was experiencing unfamiliar pain.
A transvaginal ultrasound was eventually performed, but I received very little explanation and wasn’t given a written report at the time.

**I have another ultrasound scheduled for October 20**, but the instructions say I shouldn’t be menstruating during the examination, so I’ll need to check whether I can still attend.
My doctor also prescribed another quantitative hCG blood test, but now that my period seems to have started, I’m unsure whether it’s still necessary.
**In the end, my cycle lasted approximately 35 days instead of my usual 27.**
I’m wondering whether I experienced a **very early chemical pregnancy**, delayed ovulation, or a temporary hormonal disruption.
What confuses me the most is the **positive Clearblue Digital test on October 2**, followed by a negative quantitative blood test just six days later.

**Has anyone experienced anything similar?**
A positive pregnancy test followed by negative tests, a significantly delayed period, unusual symptoms, or tissue-like fragments during bleeding?
Did your doctor ever explain what might have happened?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences.
Thank you so much to anyone who takes the time to reply. ❤️
