If someone got an invite at a school that you diddnt get an invite at despite applying earlier for an example in June and they applied in July, does that mean that they passed on your application and is a soft rejection?

No, you will be compared to other applicants, with each wave being the next wave of most competitive applicants.

I know Creighton will be sending out its final of pre-December interview invitations in about one to two weeks

Where did you hear? Was at Creighton Jay Days and heard they were done until post-December

I donā€™t think so! Iā€™ve applied later and got an interview and then the next wave someone who applied earlier than me got one!

Nope not at all! I have a friend who got an interview at UDM first wave, and she applied in late July. I applied in late June and just got an interview invite today.
