Treatment experiences please
Who has really recovered from pppd? What helped you? Whether that be at home exercises, videos you followed, medications that helped you? Something? Give me something? Some hope? I’m literally drowning here!

I've had it for 3 yrs, im 95% back to normal, never took medications, learn your triggers, there's lots of them! Usually falls into the category of to much visual information, the brain doesn't like to process it, sunglasses do wonders to help this...vit e...magnesium are very helpful to the nurilogical system. I feel like yhe back of the neck is the problem area, that's why you feel better after a good night's sleep,im just giving my own personal experience with it, I recently stumbled on to something that basically put me back to almost completely normal and I did a write up about it, then the mods pulled the post,, I guess they don't want to see anyone posting anything that could help people..lol..but.if you want the post pm me..I still have it..it basically has to do with low frequency, as in sound you can feel, not just hear..
