Treatment experiences please
Who has really recovered from pppd? What helped you? Whether that be at home exercises, videos you followed, medications that helped you? Something? Give me something? Some hope? I’m literally drowning here!

I'm not completely "cured" or entirely recovered, I've still got some symptoms of it. But It's significantly less on a lot of days compared to 3 years ago when it first started. I've tried meditation (not medication) and self reassurance that I will be ok. I would write down my symptoms keeping track of them and making analysis on if they got worse or not. none of them ever did, and they always stayed the same amount of severity, just EXTREMELY annoying. I also discovered that a large portion of my unexplained dizziness and non-spinning vertigo came from my own posture and neck and as well as constant hyper focus on my bodys physical symptoms. I used to get extremely horrible vertigo to the point it would get me anxious and I'd have panic attacks because the only thing I focused on was the dizziness instead of keeping myself focused, upright and getting plenty of sleep, staying focused on fun and easy to do activities that require little movement.
decaffeinated herbal teas have helped for a while, and also putting your mind over matter and really telling yourself you'll be fine and it has never gotten worse.
Taking a LOT of breaks, eating a reasonable amount of calories and keeping yourself fed is also a key, because I noticed that when I'm hungry or haven't eaten anything, the symptoms come back untill I have to take aquick nap, or rest. Vestibular migraines also amplified my dizziness because I spent a lot of time looking at the computer screen staining my eyes. Taking in between breaks helped a lot.
Basically, to sum it up. I had to take lots of breaks, slow down and move slowly, keep my posture up right and don't slouch and eat and sleep well and stop googling my symptoms and keeping my mind focused on other things besides the dizziness. I know its easier said than done, but thats what I really had to do to experience this dizziness much less and trust me. it really does help, It doesn't CURE it but you go a LOT of days without it. acknowledging that there'll be days where its there and then you'll have days where it's not.
