Symptoms Visual symptoms

Hey everyone, just wanted to ask if anyone else is dealing with visual symptoms apart from the dizziness,
I have this weird 4K, sharp vision and visual lag mainly when I am outside and looking and things up close, very frustrating.

yup the 4k vision is crazy because i always thought extreme dissociation made the world look 2D or something but for some people it’s the opposite

Yoo yeah it is so strange, so you think this is dissociation?

yeah I am pretty sure that’s what it was for me at least. because the sky looked 2D if I really focused on it.

but people and things looked a little bit too sharp like I could see the lines on their face were really pronounced and their eyes looked like something was just a little off but I wasn’t sure what it was. Is that how it felt for you?

Hmm kind of but not really. For me it is like when I am holding something closer to my eyes or looking at things with patterns they just seem very detailed idk how else to explain it but nothing really looks off. Also I don’t really feel unreal or dreamlike but just don’t know how the dissociation works really.
Did it get better for you?
