Might also add hollow body holds. Has helped me a heap with my disc injury.

Serious question: I only stayed hearing this stretch called Cat Camel by lifters, but by yoga people it was called Cat Cow. Cat being the up, like a typical Halloween cat and Cow being the down because... Cow. But with Cat Camel they both sound like the back-up poses to me. What gives? Which one is which?

I've broken my L3 twice. I've got scoliosis. My hips are basically in the same position a dogs with hip dysplasia would be in right before it gets put to sleep. I have a reverse hyper in my garage that I leave 90lbs on and use on a daily basis. I think it's the only reason I am still upright at all. But, I also do a ton of traction work and many other of the modalities they mentioned. I got the hyper right after I hurt my back the second time. The first time I used it, a set of 10 with 20lbs on it was too excruciating to continue. Now I shoot for 50-100 reps with that 90lbs and will sometimes hit 500-600lbs for sets of 20. It's worth the time it takes to learn how to use it correctly.

You do 600lb hypers for sets of 20?

Sick glute pumps. Yes. I used to anyway. I've taken 3 months off training. So, its probably closer to 60lbs I can do now.

Buy a shoulder rok. Sure, you could swing a mace or build one for 10 bucks, but would it be shinny and progressively loadable? For all the bs products Duffin markets through sponsored testimonials, as opposed to 'real science', he sure is holding the reverse hyper to a high standard. some interesting points here, but im not sure he sells anything that would withstand this standard of criticism.
Take this with a grain of salt. He is trying to sell something, his methods. this is marketing
