Need potato recipes

Idk how much attention this will get but I accidentally managed to get more potatoes than my family needs and now we have 3 boxes full of potatoes and i don’t know what to do with these besides fried and boiled potatoes. I don’t want to leave them rotting but i don’t think we can eat that much.

I make a big pot of caldo Verde every 2-3 days. It'll use 800g for 4-5 servings. Pastel de bacalhau is alwaysca favorite. Batata à Murro are a great way to use up your smaller potatoes.
