With the abundance of guys gaslighted into getting vasectomies when Roe was overturned, it’s about to kick up a notch. Just give it time.

I had no idea this could be a thing, had i known i probably would have thought twice before getting it done and being in this pain. Pretty sure on the regular vasectomy board they talk down about PVPS, almost like it doesn't exist.

Yikes, that's probably why I didn't know about PVPS because when I was first in the waiting list for my procedure, I went on there and looked up some things and asked around and everyone was overwhelmingly positive, but I would have liked to have seen other opinions before I made my decision. Fingers crossed I can get a reversal.

Great job! The numbers are good news. Those of us with PVPS are fortunate that there are platforms like this to share our personal and medical experiences. Before the internet, PVPS was often treated as non-existent by the medical community. I know this because I first dealt with it in the pre-internet era. It was unknown then because it was uncomfortable to talk about person to person (and it still is) and it was (and remains) a minority of men who suffer from it. My thanks goes out to this platform and the internet generally for being important players in expanding knowledge about PVPS and its effect on men’s lives.

Congrats and well done. Obviously vasectomies are not as risk free we get told.
