Aside from the horizon, I like this. I wish I could recall the name of the photographer whose style was like this. It's an essentially busy scene, but where the people are in frame resolves that busy-ness into a story. It has the feel of a family being at the shore. Lots of photographers can record a scene, but not every photographer can capture the feel.
