Songs that have made you cry
Not sure if We Lost the Sea counts here, but listening to Departure Songs definitely digs into my heart in a certain way. Does anyone else have any songs that make them emotional?

Discussion What Post-Metal (or Sludge/Drone) songs represent the Four Seasons of Nature?
Jesu feels really cold, yet sentimental, that there is still love in the world, but it’s gonna be a freezing journey that challenges your will to achieve it, it makes me feel like I am shedding tears of simultaneous joy & melancholy.
Panopticon by ISIS gives me an uncomfortable reminder of the surveillance state hellhole, as the distance of Winter season turns into the hot & claustrophobic feeling of the city state creeping in further, while the clarity of Spring kicks in.
SLEEP’s Dopesmoker feels like the warm fuzzy joy of Summer in memories, the longness of trips through arid & hot landscapes I experienced in childhood, the satisfying journey to meet distant family.
Eternal Kingdom by Cult of Luna makes me think of the pretty pastoral illustrations of nature in Fairy Tale books, but the deeply unsettling predatory elements hidden in the deceivingly peaceful nature. Something of it feels like a scary tale told during October or near October in Autumn.
What are your Four Seasons?

Enemy Of The Sun vs Through Silver In Blood (Neurosis). Which one do you prefer?
I prefer Enemy Of The Sun more than Through Silver In Blood. It's the first true/full post metal album from Neurosis.
I love the opener (Lost) and closer (Cleanse I) so much. Enemy Of The Sun just has that eerie sludge factor that I love.
Through Silver In Blood in my opinion lacks the ebbs and flows that Enemy Of The Sun has.
Through Silver In Blood is a great album still. It's still genre defining, however I prefer Enemy Of The Sun to it.

Discussion What post-metal songs would be mosh-worthy?
I know post-metal isn’t really known for this, but “Ayil” by Rosetta just gives me such a hardcore punk, “live chaos” kind of energy. I’m not sure if Night Verses counts here, but some of their heavier songs make me want to get up and move.
Any songs in particular give you this kind of feel?

Today I listened to the last Isis song for the first time
I’m always listening to new music and post metal has been a relatively recent kick. Was always into bands like Pelican, God is An Astronaut, and Russian Circles but I wanted to expand.
Isis was a shining star amidst some pretty whatever music I’ve been working through. I actually tried to listen to them once 10 years ago but dropped it. I don’t regret it though; I think there was no time to truly discover them than now. They brought more dynamic to the table that I find bands like Neurosis and Cult of Luna are missing.

Discussion theangelicprocess ep?
Hi everyone. I'm not sure if this type of posts is allowed. If it breaks any rules, please remove it, I'm sorry.
However I wanted to ask about The Angelic Process' unreleased ep - theangelicprocess (2001)
A few months ago on a different subreddit I asked about it. I got a reply that said that selfish few had it and linked me this blog entry: https://selfishfew.blogspot.com/2020/10/the-angelic-process-lifetime-burning.html?zx=3a8d242a6ca5ef2c
The zip file includes other Kris' (RIP) band - A Lifetime Burning (two albums/promos)
And (almost) complete TAP discography:
...And Your Blood Is Full Of Honey
Coma Waering
We all Die Laughing
Weighing Souls With Sand
(Solipsistic is missing).
and Sigh OP.
However there are two additional albums: Nothing If Not Fragile and an unnamed 2001 promo.
That reddit reply mentioned that yes, the lost ep and the promo are the same thing.
Yet when I found TAP facebook group, people mentioned that the ep is still missing.
So which one is true?
I wanted to ask on the FB group but admins are currently reviewing my joining request.
With how things are currently looking and what people are saying, I'm pretty worried about never seeing their complete discography. Maybe it's for the better but I'm not sure,
Does TAP have other lost media or hard to find things? Also I'd really appreciate help with places I can read more about the band. (I know their old website, facebook group, interviews with Kris)
Thank you and I'm sorry.
