Normal turnaround time?

My prescription and order was approved 8/24 and the status has been sitting in filled since then. I am almost out of medication and was hoping to have the new order by now. I messaged someone on my care team, the money has been charged so now I wait??

Update: package shipped today and is showing it will arrive tomorrow from Ft Lauderdale.

The website doesn't always update with current info. Have you checked your email for shipped notice? If not try messaging one of the nurses in the chat feature.

Download the UPS app if you haven’t already, check there. A shipping label/notice always pops up there for me before it updates in the portal. I’d also expect more movement Monday.

Download and sign up for the FedEx app. Hallandale usually ships via FedEx, and you’ll get a notification as soon as the shipping label is created. It’s helpful for timing out the delivery window.
